The Karenton Project is a stunning outdoor transformation in the Northern Beaches, Sydney, designed to enhance both relaxation and entertainment. This project features 150sqm of premium Blackbutt decking, a luxurious new pool and spa, privacy screening, a custom-built pergola, and a bespoke sauna. Every element has been carefully designed and crafted to create a seamless blend of functionality, comfort, and modern elegance.
OUR APPROACH
Our approach to the Karenton Project was to design an inviting outdoor retreat that maximizes space and usability while complementing the home’s natural surroundings.
The Blackbutt decking was selected for its durability and warm aesthetic, providing a spacious and inviting foundation for outdoor living. A custom pergola was installed to offer both shade and style, creating the perfect area for relaxation and entertainment. The pool and spa were seamlessly integrated into the space, enhancing the outdoor experience with a resort-like feel. Privacy screening was carefully positioned to ensure seclusion without compromising airflow or aesthetics. A bespoke sauna was added for the ultimate luxury, providing a tranquil escape for relaxation and rejuvenation.
