Project Oswald was a unique and ambitious transformation that saw an entire block of apartments redesigned and reimagined into one stunning single-family residence. The client’s vision was to move away from a segmented, multi-unit structure and instead create a flowing, spacious home filled with light, functionality, and timeless design.
OUR APPROACH
The project began with a complete strip-out of the existing apartment interiors, followed by significant structural reconfiguration. Careful planning and engineering allowed us to open up floorplans, remove unnecessary divisions, and create a seamless connection between living, dining, and outdoor spaces.
